These terms govern your use of VitalityScore. By taking the diagnostic or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.
VitalityScore is sold as a yearly membership. Founding member price is $39 USD/year, available until June 1, 2026, after which the price returns to $99 USD/year. Your membership automatically renews each year at the price you signed up at, unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
If within 30 days of purchase you are not satisfied, email hello@vitalityscore.app for a full refund. No forms, no calls, no questions. We honor every refund request received within 30 days.
VitalityScore is a wellness tool, not a medical device or therapy. The VitalityScore is not a clinical diagnosis. Phase 2 Drift is a popular framing of common midlife patterns, not a recognized medical condition. Always consult a licensed physician or therapist for medical or mental health concerns.
You may use VitalityScore for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent the product.
All content, scoring methodology, and audio sessions are owned by VitalityScore. Members receive a personal license to use the product, not ownership of content.
VitalityScore is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for membership in the previous twelve months.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active members 30 days in advance.
